Hi, I’m Nicole Bichelman Scott and I am so glad you are here. I am here because I have spent the last 19 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children and their families and I lost sight of myself. I hit perimenopause and all the things started to happen. I gained weight, I couldn’t sleep, I had constant anxiety and mood swings and was not fun to be around. 

My life was out of control and I wasn’t taking care of myself first. I started working with a personal trainer and everything changed. He wasn’t just a personal trainer, but a habit master. He helped me create a plan to design my life and get my power back. While working with him, I realized I had all the tools as a behavior change expert to help myself, I just wasn’t using them.

 I found a program for behavior analysts who wanted to become health coaches and spent the last year honing my craft so because I could help other women out there like me who were stuck. I used my intimate knowledge of behavior change combined with what I learned from my personal trainer, yoga trainings and my training as a health coach to bring a unique approach to women’s health. I combine the pillars of sleep, movement, nutrition, mindset and stress relief to help women find themselves again and take back their power.

I am trained in the YOGI FLIGHT METHOD™ and am certified to teach arm balances and inversions one on one, in small group settings and in workshops. Any of these services can be done online or in person

I will teach you concepts about nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep and stress relief that you can personalize to your own needs. 
 
You will also have an opportunity to connect with other like-minded women through group coaching sessions and a facebook support group for members only.

Nicole is so knowledgeable but totally down to earth and patient as a coach. She is naturally super empathetic so you never feel judged, just understood and encouraged along your journey!
I’m beginning to redefine what “healthy” means for me, focusing on my routines and mindset, and I feel like I’m right on the cusp of unlocking real change.

I hoped I could stay consistent and find balance again. The daily structure and supportive coaching helped me build routines that stick. My core is stronger, my hips feel freer, and I’ve learned how to fit movement naturally into my mornings.

Nicole’s supportive and positive coaching, encouraging me and helping me to determine what I should focus on each week has been the biggest help. I am always energized to improve my efforts with her.
